But we won’t stop at just the cheese! You’ll discover how to elevate these flavors with classic Mediterranean pairings—ripe, juicy tomatoes, aromatic fresh basil, and a touch of balsamic drizzle. And to make the experience truly homemade, you’ll also bake crispy, golden crackers, perfect for dipping or building the ultimate cheese board.

Celebrate this Valentine’s Day with a cooking class designed for indulgence, and deliciously simple elegance. This hands-on evening will have you creating a three-course meal perfect for sharing and savoring with your favorite person or persons.
Start the night by mastering the art of chocolate-dipped strawberries, the ultimate symbol of sweetness. You’ll learn to create perfectly tempered chocolate that coats each strawberry in a flawless, glossy finish.
Next we will teach you how to not just make shrimp cocktail, but bring the shrimp to the next level. Our unique poaching technique enhances the shrimp’s delicate flavor, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth appetizer that pairs perfectly with the homemade cocktail sauce.
For the main course, we’ll make pillowy sweet potato gnocchi from scratch. These golden, soft dumplings are paired with a decadent brown butter and sage sauce, filling the kitchen with warm, nutty aromas and bringing out the best in each bite.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make individual chicken pot pies from scratch, each with a golden, flaky crust and a creamy filling. Perfect for chilly nights or impressing guests with a classic favorite, these pot pies are made to delight.
We will begin by making a bechamel sauce—an elegant, creamy base that forms the heart of our filling. Bechamel is a staple in the sauce world of cooking and is quite versatile. We will cut and roast carrots, celery and onion and combine them with fresh roasted chicken.
Finally, you’ll assemble your own mini pot pies, layering the creamy chicken filling beneath a flaky, golden crust. These you will take home to share with your family. You’ll leave not only with a personal pot pie to enjoy, but with the techniques to recreate this heartwarming dish any time the craving calls.
