We will work with you to develop a specialty custom cocktail for your event and pair it with delicious passable dishes. Dishes we’ve done in the past include, but are certainly not limited to, Beef Satay with a Thai Peanut Sauce, Mushroom Tapenade on Mediterranean Focaccia, and Puff Pastry Mini Hot Dogs.
If you’d rather have a buffet style set up, we can do that too! We will cook up a beautiful display with delicious dishes to match the theme of your party or event.
